Returns policy

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase and wish to return it to us for a refund or exchange you must notify us you wish to make a return/exchange within 14 days after the day of receiving your product. You can inform us of your intention to return Goods by email: info@katephipps.com, or by calling 07740 340601.

  • You must return the Goods to us no later than 14 days after the day you have informed us of your intention to return any Goods.

  • In the event of a Product being defective when you first receive it we shall, at your election, replace the Product instead of providing a refund.

  • You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery, as this is a trackable service that provides compensation for items that are lost or damaged in transit. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to us.

  • When you order an item, you will receive a link with details for postal address returns. This is to a UK address.

  • Any Goods returned must not have been worn or damaged. Returned goods must be wrapped carefully and securely in their original box, in a well-sealed padded envelope and in a re-saleable condition.

  • We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any Goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to us).

  • We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. If you cancel your order in full we will refund you the full amount of the returned goods including the cost of delivery (UK orders only). We will not refund the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery.

  • We will make reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive the Product(s) back from you.

Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge, but excludes the products listed as exceptions below.

Exclusions

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange some items.

  • Any item that is made to your specification or is clearly personalised is not covered by the Refund Policy. This includes, but is not limited to: commissions, rings, bracelets, necklaces made to a size or length you have specified. Such items are non-refundable and non-returnable. If you wish to cancel an order for a custom made product please contact us immediately. If work has not begun, a partial refund may be offered, at our discretion. To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is excluded from our return policy before ordering.

  • We cannot be held responsible for incorrect ring, bangle, bracelet, necklace sizes etc. provided by you. Re-sizing and alterations are usually possible but will incur an extra charge.

  • Please contact us if you have any queries. This does not affect your statutory rights.
